Our business model is simple - provide a good service based on great products, superior workmanship, competitive pricing, convenient solutions, efficiency by use of the most up-to-date technology and complete honesty. Our marketing has never included "bait n switch tactics." Often deals were so great, the general public applied the "too good to be true" theory and sadly we were forced to increase the price to distill faith.

Unwavering Honesty
It is true, that for a long time we serviced our own competition. May seem like an odd action for a company to undertake, but it has always been our philosophy that integrity is measured by all actions not just the convenient and profitable. We respect all businesses and wish them the very best. It is a compliment to have the competition call upon our services and we are happy to apply the same value to them as to our own customers.
From time to time we receive requests for which we do not recommend. Not every application is a valid application. Installedbyus, also known as Eurotek 12 Volt, will never engage in practices that risk the safety of you and your family with questionable installations in order to turn a profit. Your safety is our primary concern, then comes profit. Quite often we have witnessed other shops disregard your safety and vehicle warranties with installations that should have shut them down. Unfortunately, no such government enforcement exists in this industry, so it is up to each business owner to regulate themselves. No licensing for this field exist either.
Talking bad about competition is bad
"Yes, I heard this rule in the beginning of my career, long ago. After years of experience and witnessing appalling action by business owners, I was forced to rethink this rule. It begs the question 'who came up with it in the first place and what purpose?' Even hear, in glamorous Naples, a local shop traded profit over safety with complete disregard despite my numerous attempts to educate them on proper methods. I truly hold sympathy for those clients as they paid good money for a bag of problems that will reveal themselves later."
